 About Me

I am 50 years old, married for 24 years, and a mother of four children: a young man diagnosed with "moderate-low functioning" autism spectrum disorder, a young woman and two teenagers

.(a boy and a girl)

Throughout my life, I have encountered a variety of challenges that have shaped me and taught me how to grow and find empowerment through them. Over time, I realized that many of the things I aspire to are deeply connected

.to my journey of self-realization

This journey yields beautiful moments of joy ,and strength, while also requiring me to confront ,and overcome, limitations, such as

.avoidance, anxiety, and unhelpful beliefs

My passion lies in helping others on their own path to self-discovery, perceiving and experiencing life’s

challenges as opportunities for healing

and transformation, growing stronger, and

.increasing inner calm and joy

;I place a particular emphasis on family dynamics  relationships, parenthood and the

.profound opportunities for growth they offer

Self-realization may be reflected in the development of appropriate and rewarding channels of action, which allow for the expression of our unique essence, or in the process that allows current channels of action to become such. In any case, its basis is in the moment-by-moment, in the various spaces of everyday life (personal conduct, relationships, parenting, social interactions...); in our ability to bring ourselves to expression that is characterized by a sufficient degree of authenticity and freedom, and also in a regulated manner, which serves the achievement of our goals. All this, while using natural life events as an engine

.for growth and the development of resilience

The processes are designed for women and men (of all ages and backgrounds) who are interested in giving themselves; * Past - processing

traumas and past events; processes of healing, release, and balance; understanding meanings, establishing connections, and learning; getting to know, accepting, and integrating parts of oneself * Present – Processing current life events (changes, crises, occurrences) to foster acceptance and transform them into a motivating and rewarding force. Working with stress and anxiety. Developing the ability to engage with our emotions as a powerful and constructive resource. Cultivating regulation skills and the capacity to experience joy and fulfillment from the good in our lives. Building resilience.  * Future - driving growth

.processes and self-realization, from within our areas of influence

How and Where

Integrative Psychotherapy
Integrative psychotherapy views the individual as a holistic human system -encompassing body, mind, and spirit - and therefore adopts a systemic approach to all interconnected aspects of well-being. The process is based on dynamic dialogue, as is typical in traditional psychological practices, while also integrating a therapeutic understanding of the expressions and impacts of the body (e.g., physical tension resulting from mental stress) and the spirit (e.g., the patient’s beliefs). Where appropriate, integrative therapy tools are incorporated to enhance the process. A cornerstone of this approach is cultivating a space that is empathetic, inclusive, and supportive. Additionally, if relevant, elements of results-based coaching and consulting (organizational & managerial)

.are integrated into the process

Work Modalities

Combining Personal Processes and Workshops
Integrating a personal process with workshops provides a comprehensive and rich experience. This approach combines the intimacy and customization of private sessions with the collective growth

,and skill-building, offered in group settings

.adressing practical life contexts

,Depending on the number of registrants

Group workshops are opened from time to time to develop skills related to central issues in our lives, and relevant to self-realization and feelings of well-being. The meetings combine theoretical guidance, group discussion, and experiential learning through practice. Each workshop will begin by establishing a shared space; safe and inclusive. The group can enable learning from the experiences of others, an external perspective, strengthening self-awareness, fertilization from joint processing, and enjoyment of interaction with people dealing with the same issue. At the end, the path taken will be examined, and integration

.will be implemented into everyday life
