Yoga-Breathing-Ice

Building Mental and Physical Resilience

.through Yogic Preparation and Ice Water Immersion

This 1.5–2-hour session (duration varies based on the number of participants) takes you on an extraordinary journey of self-connection. It invites you to awaken
